    Stunning views of the Nile.

    I had a frustrating experience with the staff. They were untrained and seemed overwhelmed, leading to long waits for service. The Asian restaurant was particularly disappointing as the waiter mishandled our food, pulling apart duck with his hands. I also struggled with getting my deposit refunded. they promised repeatedly but never delivered. I feel misled and quite upset about this.
